Who We Are (CFGALA)The Cape Fear Guardian ad Litem Association (CFGALA) offers enrichment opportunities to approximately 500 abused, neglected and dependent children who find themselves in the foster care system in New Hanover and Pender Counties, and supports the 150 Guardians ad Litem (GAL) who advocate in court for these children.
